Personal Use Of License

Crystal Chan Photography grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal use license subject to the following restrictions:

This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the image(s) for display on personal websites, devices and computers, or making prints or products for personal use. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used in advertising or submitted for contests. The image(s) may not be resold, re-licensed, or sub-licensed.

High resolution and mid resolution image(s) may not be provided to third parties in their digital format, except for the purpose of creating prints or products.

Social Media image(s) may be shared with third parties who must adhere to the restrictions stated in the first bullet. Social Media images may not be printed.

Image(s) purchased through the photographer are professionally edited using the latest in calibrated software and hardware. Photographer provides a satisfaction guarantee for Images ordered through the photographer. Client acknowledges that using any other service to print Images will void this guarantee. Client acknowledges that Photographer will not be held responsible for the quality of, or any defects in, any prints or products made elsewhere.

Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with Crystal Chan Photography.

There are no warranties, express or implied. High, Mid and Social Media image(s) are provided 'as is’.

Crystal Chan Photography will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the image(s).

Any other uses of the image(s) is a violation of US and International copyright laws.

All images and Videos are property © COPYRIGHT of Crystal Chan Photography and are copyrighted by law. None of images or videos cannot be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without Crystal Chan Photography's clear permission to do so. Crystal Chan Photography reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material.

Neither Crystal Chan Photography nor Crystal Chan Photography's vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer's use of the Media.
