Orders & Shipping Policy

1. ORDERING A PRODUCT OR SERVICE 

If you want to make an order you can send an email to crystalcproduction@yahoo.com, fill the contact form or call us.

If you call us we will still need your email address so we can send you an email with the service and pricing we are providing you.

2. PAYMENT

   

After ordering a product or service from us you will receive by email an invoice as a PDF file.

Our invoices have a 7 day due to pay. It can be more days if it has been agreed so.

Our payment methods such as Stripe or Paypal (For worldwide); Bank Transfer, FPS, PayMe app or Stripe (For Hongkong).

 

3. CURRENCY

All Orders use " US Dollar ", it's not use Hong Kong Dollar.

4. SHIPPING 


On occasion Crystal Chan Photography offers shipping promotions, at which time customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. We ship to most countries worldwide via UPS/ FedEx/ SF for international packages and also via SF/UPS/FedEx for Local (Hong Kong) packages.

 

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

  • Business days are Monday to Friday; Holiday, Sunday, Saturday are not included in shipping days.

  • Due to the impact of COVID-19 we are currently experiencing delays of 3-7 business days.

  • We offer Standard Shipping & Fast Shipping for (Local) Hong Kong and (Worldwide) International order.

  • We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS/FedEx/SF to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited countries.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5.  PLEASE NOTE!!!

  • We are not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, all sales are final.
